The items were solid and the prices were decent, but I found the checkout process to be pretty confusing and frustrating, especially when it came to entering my delivery and personal addresses since they were different. I even had to ask for help from a few folks. After thinking we had it all sorted, I went ahead with the payment, only to find out that my confirmation email had the wrong delivery address. I reached out to their customer service, and they fixed it right away, which was cool. However, when I tried to grab some stuff from their sale, I ran into the same issue again, which honestly turned me off a bit. It’s a bummer because I’d love to see clearer pages that distinctly show personal address info and a separate option to indicate if the delivery address differs from the billing address, rather than just lumping it all under ‘addresses’.

There's a nice selection of items for my soap making needs. The communication from the company regarding my order and shipping was really good. Delivery was prompt and everything was packed nicely. That said, even though I checked the box to sign up for the newsletter to snag a 10% discount on my first order, it didn’t show up on my bill. I went ahead and bought what I needed anyway, but I’m really hoping they’ll honor that discount next time I place an order. After reaching out to the company as they asked, I’m happy to report that I got my 10% refund. Big thanks to Soap Kitchen - I’m now a totally satisfied customer.
